This process combines the mindful practices of yoga with deep somatic inquiry allowing you to gain insight into your triggers and reactions so that you are better equipped to understand limiting patterns in your life and uncover unconscious beliefs. Through this process, you can gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships with others, and ultimately reconnect with your true nature. Join me on a Monday from 12:30-13:30 for space to reconnect to what's real in your body in that given moment, and to practice in a way that supports your needs that day
